Some of the best Portuguese food around. I get takeout here routinely and the portions are huge and food is cooked perfectly. We usually get the Portuguese steak and pork Aletejana and both so good. I won't get Aletejana anywhere else. Don't forget to try the desserts. The tiramisu is awesome.

Excellent authentic Portuguese food, including the sauces and even down to how the bread leaves crumbs all over the table. Just like Açores. The staff was incredibly friendly, quick and gracious. If we are in the area again I would absolutely go back. The portion sizes are very large, keep in mind if you aren't able to take leftovers to go. Delicious! Muito bem!

Delicious chicken! My God how tasty! Can't go wrong on the price either! Plus they make a house spicy sauce, it's to die for!

Lovely authentic Azorian food, been coming here for years and nothing has changed. I now live outside of Massachusetts so when I visit I must stop in. And it's still very good.

Excellent authentic Portuguese food. Small restaurant inside, feels a little cramped, but the food, prices and portions are fantastic.

True Score: 4.5 Stars This review and score is simply because of one fantastic item that we experienced, their special char grilled chicken with an amazing hot sauce. You can order a whole chicken cut up into pieces. This is some of the most delicious chicken we have ever had and the hot sauce to dip it in is addictive. This is small place where you walk in and sit basically right across from the grill area. The coolest part is to watch them load up the chicken into a special rotisserie on this custom made rack. It's very impressive and the taste is even more impressive. We through in an order of Shrimp Mozambique which was delicious as well. This is a must stop bucket lister, it really is that good. I'm craving the chicken as we speak. Thanks

I'm 50 yrs. old and this was the 1st time I ever got food from there. I don't know how long the restaurant's been open ( a very long time, I know), so why it took me so long to get their food ... I don't know. Crazy! But the food was very good! Got food for me, my husband & my Mum. I do wish, though, that there were more side dishes to pick from. The rice was cooked perfect, even though I thought it would be a little seasoned somewhat, but still very good. And I was impressed with how nice it looked inside. I know it's not the best area, which I'm sure a long time ago it must've not always been so "sketchy", but for the area it's a very clean looking place and decorated nicely inside. Parking, of course, is a little crappy, but "oh well", no biggie.
